In order to be allowed into the Wild, you first need a license. Once you have one, you can explore, find items, wolfonfly pets, and Daydreams to your heart's content without ever having to pay anything else.
Licenses are 100 Skim Bucks each, and you must have one before you attempt to register.
In order to get a license, simply fill out this form.
